Consent to personal data processing

1. Controller and processing purpose
1.1. Freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I consent to the processing of my personal data by Sole Proprietor Vitaliy Yuryevich Lakshin (Tax ID 601501194203, sole proprietor registration number 326600000009002; website https://szpaked.com; email vylakshin@gmail.com) to review my design and development enquiry, clarify requirements, prepare a proposal and communicate with me.
2. Data covered and permitted actions
2.1. This consent covers the name, contact details, task description, approximate budget, service package and expected timeline I provide, as well as the enquiry date and reference number, submission and initial visit page addresses, referral tags where present, and details of this consent.
2.2. I permit collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, restriction, deletion and destruction of this data with and without automated tools.
3. Processing conditions
3.1. This consent does not cover publication of personal data or advertising mailings.
3.2. The processing procedures and applicant's rights are set out in the Policy at https://szpaked.com/privacy.
4. Duration and withdrawal
4.1. This consent remains valid until its purpose is achieved, it is withdrawn, or 180 calendar days have elapsed since submission, whichever occurs first.
4.2. To withdraw consent, I may email vylakshin@gmail.com with the subject Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing, including the enquiry reference number or the contact details used when submitting it.
4.3. Processing stops and data is destroyed in accordance with Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Where an independent lawful basis exists, the Controller may continue processing necessary data without this consent.
5. How consent is given
5.1. This consent is separate from other documents. It is given by independently selecting the relevant checkbox in the form and submitting the enquiry. The checkbox is not selected automatically.
5.2. The Controller records the fact and time of consent and retains its version.
5.3. Without consent, an enquiry cannot be submitted through the form. General questions about the studio's work may be sent to the email address provided.
